Girls Camp.....What?!!!

So Kelsee just got home from a week at girls camp and loved every minute of it. I was dying when the Young Womens president came to the door and said because she was turning 12 this summer they would love for her to come to camp with them. Of course she was so excited she could hardly stand it.
Girls Camp is way different than when I went that is for sure. Theirs was more of a retreat. They went up to Zions and stayed in a cabin. They did crafts, went swimming and threw in a hike. They had a full kitchen with gourmet meals. Lets contrast that with my girls camp where you pitched a tent, slept on rocks and dug a latrine for a bathroom.
She also has a babysitting job this summer a couple times a week for several hours. She is such a good help and so responsible!
It is so fun to see her get to experience all the things that I did at her age. Here's the only downfall...you know I love a good camp song, but one can only hear the princess pat so many times!!!
